PHATEEZ Sunglasses Warranty

We stand behind our shades.

If your PHATEEZ sunglasses experience a manufacturing defect within six months of purchase, we’ll make it right. That includes issues with frames, hinges, or lenses that occur during normal use.

What’s Covered

~Manufacturing defects in frames, hinges, or lenses

~Lens coating issues such as peeling, bubbling, or delamination

~Product failures that occur under normal use

What’s Not Covered

~Normal wear and tear

~Scratched lenses from everyday use

~Lost or stolen sunglasses

~Damage caused by accidents, improper care, chemicals, or excessive heat

How It Works

Send an email to PhateezShades@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and proof of purchase. Our team will review it and get back to you as quickly as possible.

If your claim is approved, we’ll refund or replace your shades with the same style or the closest available option.

We’re a family-owned business and we genuinely appreciate every customer. While not every situation falls under warranty, we believe in taking care of our people. In certain situations, we may offer a one-time courtesy replacement or refund at our discretion.

Keep Your Shades Looking Fresh

For best results, clean your PHATEEZ using the microfiber bag they came with or a clean microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, paper towels, or abrasive materials.
